All orders are subject to these terms and conditions. A single order may comprise of one single product, many quantities of a single product or a range of products and quantity. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason and until an order has been confirmed and payment made, no contract is entered.

Promo Codes and Offers are made at our sole discretion and are subject to time validity and other conditions that may be determined by us. A valid Promotional Code should be entered during the checkout process for a product to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase or after the expiration of the code will not be acknowledged.

Our liability is hereby limited to the fullest extent permissible by applicable laws and under no circumstances shall we bear liability for the content or the products contained in or accessed through our platform (including without limitation any damages caused by or resulting from reliance by a user on any information obtained from our platform provided by a vendor), or any damages that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or emails, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance whether or not resulting from acts of god, communication failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to Koded Kona’s records, programs or services.
We shall also not be liable to the users for indirect, special incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages including without damages for loss of goodwill, lost profits, loss theft or corruption of user information or the inability to use the sites or any of their features. The user’s sole remedy towards Koded-Klosets online store is to cease use of the platform.
CONDITIONS FOR USE
Koded-Klosets Grants Users free access to wide range of products displayed and marketed on its online store and app under the conditions herein stated and for the duration of time as the User may wish to make purchases through our online store.

All intellectual property rights regarding the software, App, documentation or information used or developed by or on behalf of Koded-Klosets during the provision of services under this Agreement (including the Koded-Klosets Online Store, Confidential Information and where relevant, photos of products), as well as all data and statistics about the sales made through the Koded-Klosets Online Store Is a sister company to Zubagate Global Inc. It shall not be copied, modified, adapted, reverse-engineered, decompiled or otherwise discover the source code of the Koded-Klosets Online Store or any other software used by Kodedklosets.com. Koded-Klosets online store shall maintain the data and statistics about the sales for each reference period for a period of one year after the end of said reference period or for such period of time as may be prescribed by data regulations.
OTHERS
Our online store may contain user-generated content. Except otherwise expressly stated, we do not claim any ownership of such contents (images, photos, and videos, etc.) and take no legal responsibility for them.
